Enjoy, December 07 Firework Show (King's Birthday)Hello,
The 5th of December is King's birthday. Thus, there are many fair, festival and ceremony all over thte kingdom of Thailand. Among them are 4-5 greatest firework show. I missed the most beautiful one but the one I participated was also very great. This is my first time seriously taking photos of firework. I hope you will like them. I have to thanks Daf, one of my student, who suggested me to go to A.P.R. building in Faculty of Medicine. It was very close to the site as if the firework could fall down on my head. I did it quite good as a novince. ^_^
Enjoy, October 02 Marble Temple & Marble PalaceHello,
My friend and I went to the marble temple in a cloudy day last weekend. By a taxi from siam square, we went to this temple which is called "Benjama Bopitt" or "The fifth king". This is an old temple aged from Ayuthaya period reconstructed in Keing rama V reign. The temple itself was build from marble (imported from Italy). We also went to the paliament through "Raja damnern Road" not very far from the temple. So, there are some pictures of "Ananda Samakama Palace" in this album. The building was also build from marble by king Rama V.
Enjoy, ^_^ July 21 Kwang Sew : An old hospital in china townHello,
In china town, there are two very old hospitals. "Kwang Sew" is the older one (I guess). Here are some picture that I had taken from this place. In the same area, a hospital and a "Guan Yin" shrine are smoothly merged. Decorated with classical chiness style, unique atmosphere you can feel from this place.

This trip was sponsored by the staff club of my university, so, I thank you for this. Thank you very much indeed ^_^ Hopefully, all you quy love this album.
Enjoy, March 13 STT#3Hello,
SuanBoard Tour Trip (STT#3) is one of my favorite trip. SuanBoard is a webboard for Suankularb students and also alumi where we can meet our friends and bros. This is the third trip over 8-9 years but my first trip ever with this webboard. We went to "Ao Manow" (Lemon bay), located in "Prachuab Kirikhan", about 4 hours drive. So, lets see the full album of this trip together.
Enjoy, January 10 Vang ViengHello,
According to the previous two galleries (Vientiane and Luang Pha Bang), we went to "Vang Vieng", a small town located between Luang Pha Bang and VienTiane. This place is really nice, fresh and full of tourist who need to leave the world behind and take some fresh air. If you can read Thai, you can visit http://www.suanboard.net/view.php?p=view&kid=34725 for further information about this trip and all the pictures.
Enjoy, January 09 Luang Pha BangHello,
According to the previous gallery (Vientiane), we went to "Luang pha Bang", the capital city of north Laos. This city is a world heritage site decorated with "Lanna" style arts. The highlight of this city is "Xiengthong" temple. But there are still some other places you must visit. If you can read Thai, you can visit http://www.suanboard.net/view.php?p=view&kid=34699 and http://www.suanboard.net/view.php?p=view&kid=34700 for further information about this trip and all the pictures.
Enjoy, ^_^ January 08 VientianeHello,
I had spent 4 days in PDR Laos last weekend with my friends. From Thai border, we crossed the country to Laos by van heading to Vientaine. Our destination was actually "Luan pha bang", which can be reached easily by "Lao Airline". So, we had two-hour gap for wandering around in Vientiane. We visited just 2 places, "Pha-That Luang" (Royal Stupa) and "L'arc de triomphe" of Laos. This gallery was collected from that two-hour trip in Vientiane. If you can read Thai, you can visit http://www.suanboard.net/view.php?p=view&kid=34682 for further information about this trip and all the pictures.
Enjoy, ^_^ December 11 RajaBopitHello,
My friend and I went to "RajaBopit" temple yesterday. This Budish temple was build in the reign of king RamaIV. In my opinion, this is the most beautiful temple in "Ratana Gosintr". I could not explain a word about its beauty. So, please enjoy this album by yourself. If you want to know some more information (in Thai only), please visit http://www.suanboard.net/view.php?p=view&kid=34052.
Enjoy, ^_^ December 09 New Year is CommingHi blog,
Lastnight, walking along the skywalk over "Rama I" road to "Raja Prasonk" intersection, I needed some nice picture to create a new album to my blog. Sadly, this year, our BKK street is not as lifely as it was last year. So, I can take such a few pics during my hours walk. Hopefully, the new year night, I can talk some more -_-"
Anyway, Enjoy my album, ^_^ December 08 Baan PeawHello,
Last week, I went to "Baan Peaw" in "Raja Buri" district to see a house that my friend want to buy. It was such a nice place to live. The people life style around that place brought me back to the day when I was young. It would be great, if I have a little house on the bank of "Dumnern Saduak" canal, where I can sail along to see fireflies in the evening. Sadly, the bank will give him only 500k to buy that 1.2m house. Here, are some pictures near that house.
^_^ Siripong Dhamma NimitrHello,
Sorry for left this blog untouched for a long period of time. I have no chance to collect any photo for the blog, until last week. I went to a temple named "Siripong Dhamma Nimitr" located around "Ram Indra". Anyway this album contains only a few photo and they are not very nice as I expected. But it is better than leaving this blog frozen.
^_^ July 12 Koh Tao : Turtle IslandHello,
I went to "Koh-Tao ", Turtle Island, last weekend to certify my advance diving license. Now I've already got it after finishing 5 specialties requirement. There were around 24 divers on the yatch. Both people and trip were really good. We took 7 dives in 6 sites around "Koh-Tao ", but noone can see a single "Tao ", turtle, at all. Though, luckily, someone had seen a shark at "Choomporn pinacles ". Of course, I was not that one. Sadly, I have no water proof housing for my Nikon-CP4500, so there is no underwater picture for you. Anyway, I got some pictures above sea-level to show you for sure.
Lets enjoy, ^_^ June 16 Royal Buddhist TempleHello,
In order to celebrate the 60th anniversary of his majesty the king accession to the throne, we luckily got five days off in Bangkok. So, I went out to Pattaya and Cholburi on Monday night with my friends. One of our destination was a buddhist temple, called "Yannasangwararam ", built by the royal family. Anyway, we spent just a short time there because one of my friend was sick. So, there is just not many pictures in this album. Though, I wish you would love them.
Enjoy, ^_^ May 16 Jampasak : South of LaosHello,
This album is the second half of my trip with the whole department. This half is about "Jampasak " the big city in the southern part of Laos. As expected, everywhere is green, but still, the weather is so hot. We went to two waterfalls, "Lee Peeh " and "Kon Pa Peng ", the latter is claimed to be the biggest one in southeast Asia region. Another place we went was "Wat Pu ", the 7-8 B.C. Kmer sand stone castle. This castle was delicated to "Shiva ", a great Hindu god. Eventhough this castle is smaller than the well-known Ankor Wat, but still, consumed lots of battery power from my digital camera. It's time to enjoy my photo album now. I wish you would love it.
Enjoy, ^_^ May 14 Ubon : Just a short stopHello,
I went to Ubon-Rajathani for a seminar with the whole department. We spent one day and a night there before continue our journey to Laos. So this would be the first album from this trip. We went to only some attractive places because of the time. The first set was from "Nong Bua" or Lotus Pond Temple, the great temple with a big jetiya containing a little bone of the loard Buddha. Then, the Chalieng Pillar aged 180 million year and 120 million year for bottom and top part consecutively. Not far from that ancient stone, there was a great clift at the border of Thai-Laos called "Pa-Tam" or Painted Cliff which was named after the prehistoric pictures painted on the clift. At the end of the day, we had a boat trip to see the blue water of Mool rever (not a moon river, anyway) and yellow colour of Khong river mix together. I think these picture can bring you an inspiration and may bring you there the Ubon one day.
Enjoy my show, ^_^ April 14 Lao LiangHello,
After leaving this blog untouched for long time, it's a good time for updating. I went to Lao liang island in Trang last week, 5-8 April, to take an examination. It was for my international diving license not a driving license. I took a diving course from PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors). It was a very great trip. Eventhough, I am now suffering from a sunburn over my shoulders. Unfortunately, I cannot take any underwater picture for you, but I think this album also interests you join my trip next time.
Happy Thailand New Year, ^_^ |
